2004 Bombardier Outlander 330 does anyone know if you have to split cases to get to the stator? Have a costumer who wants a quote but from the parts diagram makes it look like stator is in the cases. is any one familiar with this machine?

Just a general question... I recently flipped my outlander and there were just minor scratches on the left side. I discovered I can upright it myself, it was on its side for no more then 5 min. Besides checking the air filter any suggestions as to what else to check? It seems to be sitting a little lower on the left, I noticed this today when I was putting my ramps under it, but otherwise I didn’t even notice.

Changed fuel pump, has spark and good compression. Tried a gravity feed trick and still couldnt get it to fire off. But it does try to crank when i spray starter fluid. With pump connected and fuel hose off, it should still pump fuel, correct ? But its not. And i cant find anything online about this bike. Has less than 200 hrs, so barely gets ridden (wifes). New fuel in tank. Any suggestions would help. Thanx....

I bought a used 2017 Outty 1000r and have been hearing about folks melting plastics due to excessive heat near the pipe. It's winter here & I've been plowing my drive for a couple months without heat issues. I'd like any input if this will be a problem come summer?!? TIA

Sometimes when my outlander is idling it will start to idle very high for no reason and even if you throttle it up and release it it still won't go back to a normal idle. The only way to get it to go back to normal idle is to shut off the engine and restart it.

Fuel line hose has a pinprick hole. And tips, suggestions or warnings about how to change it out would be appreciated.

Hey ya'll, I just got my Drift HD cam, and thought I would shoot a little video of the entrance to my trail system. I am still working on my skills, so the volume might be a little loud. Sorry 'bout that, hopefully I will improve. I need to get used to doing this because we are going to try filming our 2013 Baja 1000 race, "Dust to Glory" style.
