I have 2000 Yamaha bear tracker 250 - igniton relay and starter relay both were replaced also the neutral switch indicator was replaced-- bike will not show light on for neutral or start when button is pushed

hey guys, new to the forum, need some help.. got a 96 big bear 350 4x4 I'm bringing back from the dead and can't get the neutral light to come on to save my life.. both neutral switches are good and registering in neutral and relay is good but still no light and no fire.. any other ideas to try?

Helping my Father-in-Law get his 1987 (I think) Big Bear 350 running so he can sell it. I can't get it into neutral (or don't know how) so I can pressure wash it before starting repairs. See photo. Clutch is hard to operate. I clicked down on the shift pedal to what I think is 1st then pulled up one click, but it's still in gear. The brake drum is stuck and the electrical system needs tracing out. How can I get it in neutral or just get the wheels rolling?

I have a 2004good Suzuki Vinson. It started but had trouble shifting out of neutral into drive so I may have forced it.....some what. Once I stopped it and shut it off, it wouldn't restart. I am thinking I broke the switch that tells it that it's in neutral. Is there a way to bypass that and check it out? Thanks for the help.
