Hello, im looking for some input on this situation i have. My 94 Mojave has no spark, and i have no idea what it is. Ive replaced/tested the magneto, the pickup coil, cdi, the ignition coil. Even the key and Killswitch. I haven't tested the harness its self, but i have tried another harness and still nothing. The only thing i can think of is the fly wheel itself. I have found a lot of metal shavings in the fly wheel and have cleaned it the best I could. But nothing happened afterwards. I am truly stumped here and hoping some of yous could shed some knowledge/ideas that could help get this thing to fire.

ok so ill try and make this as short as i can i really hope someone here can help me figure this out... bought a 2001 Mojave 250 from some one not running.. was running till ??somthing?? happend. was told before it stopped running it had a timing chain slap sound so the chain was replaced. got the quad home and did a compression test results were 0psi...lol decided to break the engine down n see whats going on. found a brand new timing chain installed and yet 2 valves pushed into the head..so i ordered a top end gasket set and all new valves and lapped them in. while the head was off i did a broke man leak down and filled the cylinder with thin oil and let it sit for a few days and none of it leaked so i assume the rings are good. reinstalled the head with new head gasket and valves. re did a compression test and I'm seeing 80psi(i don't really trust my cheap tester). I kick start the quad over and it will run for about 10 seconds and then die. I'm getting good blue spark. cleaned the carb and tried again... i can kick 10 times and it will only start for 10 seconds or so. swapped my carb, throttle cable & thumb throttle from my 87 Honda 250x to the Mojave and same result 10 seconds... had a friend bring over a known good working Mojave carb and you guessed it same results 10 seconds. even swapped to a back up stator that i have and same thing... what in the world is going on! i dont know what els to try

I have a 1996 Kawasaki Mojave KSF250. I have no manual on it and it has a no spark issue. If anyone could give me a hand with this or would possibly have a manual would appreciate it.

Is this the same frame as a mojave?

Does anyone have the cdi box wiring? I'm trying to hook up aftermarket cdinbox and i keep confusing myself with the trigger signal wire trigger ground wire and 12v. Any help would be appreciated thank you for your input

So here she is. Finally dug it out and about to go into tear down. The last owner was a little sticker crazy 😝 aside form the NY GIants sticker! The bike is in perfect condition mechanically and ascetically. No cracks in the plastics etc. just dirty and sat for quite some tome. Going to wash her down and take it to pieces, clean it up and fire it up! More pics to follow.

it is a 99 mojave bought it couple weeks ago and it would run i relaced some stuff in the carb like the needle and seat and one of the jets put new plug in it and now it runs good until you rev it way up like wide open throttle then it misses almost like it is hitting a rev limiter could it be that it needs a new carb gasket or what are some ideas that could be wrong with this thing
