Witam wszystkich serdecznie. Kupiłem quada kazuma 250. Stan techniczny średni,chłodzony powietrzem. Mam kilka pytań co do silnika, poproszę o pomoc. Pozdrawiam.

It has spark, compression, gas, new cdi box, coil, alt, ignition switch but still wont start! The handlebar starter button doesn't work most times. Sprayed starter fluid - still nothing. Shift indicator lights up & horn works. I can't figure out why this just wont start. Any advice and I'm all ears.

Does anyone have a redcat 250 or falcon 250cc that they can share where the two vacuum lines on the carburetor that you run antifreeze through I honestly have no idea where the lines are suppose to go to circulate the antifreeze. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I bought a Kazuma Cougar 250 from a guy who used to fix ATV's but wanted to get rid of all his machines because he's "too old" and wants to quit fixing them, from what he says. anyway, One of the machines I bought was this Kazuma which I can't find any parts for it, or very little parts. I found one website that still sells parts, which I'm thankful. For the internal parts, I had to refer to the Honda Rebel 250 for parts. I had to buy 2 new pistons and gasket set and I couldnt find the parts so I did some research and found that alot of the parts are similiar so I ordered it and it was a match. I also used the manual for the Honda Rebel/Nighthawk and use this information to disassemble and assemble the motor. Very helpful for anyone who has one of these things. If anyone has more info on these things, please feel free to post.

Kazuma Falcon 150 First successful start after several years of employment. She was relieved to find that nothing was connected, everything was cut off, incomplete. No pipes or pipes, parts are missing $ 175!There was hardly a screw, the fasteners had plastic fasteners! Kazuma Falcon 150.mp4

Needing some guidance on 2008 Kazuma Jaguar 500. There is a half inch port that comes off exhaust and goes to fuel pump. there must be something that goes in between hose and fuel pump because fuel pump gets way to hot and is burning hose into. Can anyone share a picture or part name I need to purchase. A picture or drawing would be very helpful

My brother and I are really into quads I picked up this Kazuma for free and we are going to quadzilla it using a FJ 1100 engine from an auction bike we got at copart it's now 7 inches wider and 8 inches longer we know it was a 150 from the obviously cheezy reverse handle sticking up on the right but we cannot figure out what year it is or if it was a redcat, falcon or dingo so we can order a tank and plastic any ideas???

I have a spark im getting fuel and air it was running like a week ago it caught on fire cause the gas line came off the carb. then I cranked it back up it ran good the next day it wouldn't start and no spark I changed the cdi box now I have a spark, I cut the blk/wht wire coming from the cdi box I don't think it jumped timing cause I been riding it. I do have a yellow wire it goes 3 diferent ways I think but 1 way is not hooked up I think it went to my rear kill switch. Does anyone have wiring diagram for a 2007 kazuma meerkat 50cc I have been on the web or days and cant find one please help.

Hi, just been given a Kazuma (fee:wink:) from an old friend. He had just had it repaired for a no start condition then let it sit for a year without use. Now its mine and no start again!! Has fuel to carb, cranks, fires on start fluid then stalls and you can repeat all day long. Seems like elec choke or carb issue. Carb looks new, he seems to think it was replaced a year ago when repaired?? Have had a look and is very clean inside. Is there a kill switch to stop fuel?? Is that elec thing the choke or stop solenoid?? Can i bypass to try?? VIN is KZM157QMJ - 04080772 - 124cm2 is that 124cc engine capacity or oil capacity??

I got the Kazuma and I'm not sure what's all missing nor what it is ex.110,250 if possible please tell me what I need to fix it and get it running APPRECIATE THE HELP

I have a buddy who bought this bike, had his nephew put about 4 hours on it, then it sat outside for 2 years. He gave me the bike, the rear brakes were rusted frozen. Got those free and ran the bike around a few laps around the yard and it died. It ran well when it was going. I now have no spark. I thought it could be the stator as the stator and flywheel had some rust on them, so replaced the stator, and cleaned off the flywheel but I still have no spark. I am leaning towards coil or cdi now. Rather than throw more money at it, is there a way to test the cdi output to the coil? The coil has a black/yellow wire and a green wire. Green seems to be ground throughout the bike so Im assuming the black wire from the cdi to the coil is the 'hot' wire... Does anyone know what kind of voltage this black/yellow wire is suppose to have when cranking? If I knew that I could tell if the cdi was working correctly and it was the coil faulty or vice versa.... Anyone have this information?
