thats not always true . i ve had a lot of rusted up bolts that were a pain in the as* to remove.i m almost ready to get it back together. i got the new steering bearing in last night. it is so much easier to put bearings in when you freeze them. i tired to just put it in a couple days ago and couldn t get it to fix in . so i put it in the freezer over night and one hit and they went right into place.

LOL i ll swing buy colorado today on my way to work. i wish i could . i ve had nothing but problems trying to get this thing back together. i just got the steering bearing out yesterday. had to take a efco bolt from work and modify it a little to fit into the bearing holder. came out pretty easy then. had to tear half the quad apart just to get to it. hope i get done soon its driving me nuts.

you might have a bad batch of gas, i just had issues with my step sons raptor 350. it would run then wouldn t start. cleaned the tank and carb out . then it would run a couple days then not start. finally got fed up and took it to a shop and it did the same thing for him . finally he figured out that the gas was bad. if the gas sits too long the gas and ethalol separates and sometimes you might end up with all ethanol. try putting new gas in it and make sure you put the ethanol treatment in it. its about $20 a bottle but it worth it. i havn t had a problem with it since.

i use streamline brake pads for my raptor. they are sintered. i havn t had any problems with them yet. i ve had the same pads on the front for two years now and they still are at about half. where i get my parts from didn t have rear streamline pads right now so i had to get galfer pads . i let you know how they work out.
