welcome to the site. there are a lot of great people here that are very helpful . i m not sure where you are in NY but there is a lot of riding in western pa. if you live more east swampcat can help.

even at the age of 28 i still have to think more about what i go up. if i get hurt and cant work then i dont have money to pay the bills or go play. but i still find myself going up hills that i shouldnt .

im not sure how fast i had my raptor. its suppose to go 73 stock so i think with the upgrades i have maybe up over 80.

hello and welcome to the atv world. you ll have lots of fun. there are lots of people on here willing to help and give information when needed.

unless your wanting to ride fast you dont need anything bigger than a 400 or 500. but if you find a good deal on a bigger one take it. its always nice having the extra power.

i always get a clymer manual when i get a new machine but they dont make them for it yet. not sure why.

It might not look the best but try wrapping duct tape around it. I had to do that on a warrior i had and it never came lose again.

most quads get ugrades every year. the warrior and banshee hardly got any because they didnt need need to. even now the raptor 350 frame is still the same as the warrior from 15 years ago. and they still have banshees in production for other countries and they are still the same as they were 10 years ago.

i just sold a warrior really cheap because it wasnt running right kept cutting out and backfiring. it ended up being that the valves were to tight. should try that first.

Ya i wish they would do that out here. Would make riding a lot easier.
