My son had the same problem. I was suppose to go get him one of those Little Tykes egg cars but got him a quad instead. I believe it was his 2nd birthday. He would ride straight as far as he could and then get off and turn it around and ride some more.

I have a WII. We have had it for about a year. It is a blast. We got an XboX 360 for Christmas so we have been playing it more lately but the WII is very cool.

Yeah my plastic color is really close to paint color. I haven't had it paint that long but I think touch-ups would be easy. If you are going to a totally different color I think new plastic is probably the best idea if you budget allows. Sometimes you can get pretty good deals on Ebay on blemished or use plastic.
