she has a pretty big quad there. -
Since you said about the water jacket I take it's water cooled. You need to get the cooling fixed & like swampcat said the temp gauge. Did water mix in the oil pull the dip stick and check for white spots. If you do have water in the oil you could have a head or head gasket problem and it will cause smokeing & over heating. If it looks good make sure the fan is working, thermostat is opening and letting the coolent circulate. Hope you get it fixed soon.

I missed the morning so here a late Good morning in the afternoon. -
Only got a little sanding done on the frame. I'am not feeling well today. Thanks swampcat! This frame is getting a make over all welds are being checked any rust is being removed and then primed & painted. I can't afford powder coating.

Like above go check them out see what you like.As far as brand you can't go wrong as long as you stick with name brand quads read reviews on what you like and now on the newer quads you can get EPS, IRS, and stright axle.

A lot of cleanup this quad has gone thru a lot of mud. Thats what got the motor he sunk it and he said it was stuck under the water in mud and he let the motor stall. Freaky hair is open walk in's welcome!
