Not much got done today went to get a few things from the store and ended up gone about all day so this evening I got the handle bars done & the steering stop will be painted tomarrow sometime I hope. By the anyone know of a good product to get mud stains off of the rubber cv boots ,hoses & cables?

Glad you got it sloved. $400 is better than around $7000. A new quad would be nice but at 7000 I would get a couple good used quads and still have money left over.

Iv'e not heard of the dirt in the run/kill switch. Their seald up pretty good. I think Ajmboy is right if your not getting power to the lights could be electric. The only draw back to the lights not working that I know is on my daughters quad is the light dosen't work unless the quad is running. Iv'e never checked my kawi to see if they come on without the motor running.

The cheap check your cables hot & ground wires. If it starts everytime after it cools off my guess would be starter relay solenoid or the starter it's self.

Thanks! Not sure yet the plasitcs might get a redo But their is going to be more color added. My friend owns his own body shop so this was free but to get it free it had to be left over paint from a job he done. It's a base coat clear coat.

Pete if it were pink it would have to be Mopars Pink panther Pink Don't forget it's a Kawasaki so no pink. I will say this it's not black.

I agree with Pete get you some good tires dunlops aren't know to be good quad tires. Money wise a DG pipe or FMF would be the cheaper choice. But if your quad is not fuel injection you will need to rejet the carb for the pipe so thats more money.

The frame has a new coat of paint I'll get a few shots posted friday. I'm not telling the color if ya want to guess you can!

I should be working on my prairie. Frame should be painted by monday I hope Then I can get back to work. But for now it's contest time! This is fun & such a great group of people.

We don't need no stinking spammers! It's a great quad fourm with some of the best people that I was able to find on the internet. I'm sure the number of members will keep growing.

I agree with above. If you get it on you have to bleed the brakes to get air out of the brake line. If your not sure on what your doing your better off getting it done. What is the reason for changing it out if it's because it's old and worn out! It would be better to replace both of them at the same time.
