  2. Any seal that is worn out or torn could allow water in, however it may just not be water tight. Where is the water coming out, by the wheels? The problem is that you'll lose lubrication in the process. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  4. Did you adjust the carb at all? Check your air filter and make sure you are getting fuel flow.
  5. I would put it together the way it is and see how it goes.
  6. Try searching online for a parts diagram, some of these websites have them. You nay be able to get a schematic.
