Have you replace the sensor? You can get it on Amazon for $27 -

Here is one...maybe the one you are referring to. 😁 -
I haven't used the wraps either, but they say its an alternative to work out plastic and painting. Good video below:

1991 Trail Boss 350L 2x4 overheating HOT light
Ajmboy replied to trailboss350's topic in Polaris ATV Forum
Welcome to QUADCRAZY 😁 Is the fan on all the time with the bypass? What's interesting is that there is definitely an underlying issue if the fan needed to be bypassed to the ignition and was not going on with the temp sensor. How do you know its overheating, is it hot, light come on, boiling over? -
Have you thought about the camo wraps they sell for the plastic? Here's a manual if you don't have one:

Oooh...nice! Post some pictures or add some to the pictures section https://www.quadcrazy.com/gallery/ So the LE is a 700, does it have power steering? I have a 2004 Grizzly. How much is it to rent an atv? You have a place by you that rents?

Welcome to QUADCRAZY! What else are you doing on your quad that its a work in progress?

That's a very good point about the electronics. I have a 9 year and 2 year old. I'm thinking of getting a small quad for my 9 year old daughter.

yep, that's the same software. We should have a general forum here for "other powersports" like jet skis, PWC, snowmobiles, motorcycles, etc. I always see other forums offering other area discussions. -

cool, I've never seen that site before and just checked it out. Looks like that site and HCS are using the same older forum software that this site was on about 10 years ago, very retro. 😁 -

The Official Good morning thread!

Good morning, we have snow again in lower NY. -
Great video! Looks like a lot of fun. Two years ago my 9 year old (7 at the time) daughter was on a tube like that and ran into my wife...they smacked faces and my wife walked away with a broken nose! Someone cut that pole down!

From the album: My Yamaha Grizzly Photos
We got about a foot of snow on Feb 9, 2017. Took the grizzly out yesterday and plowed for about 2 hours. -

That's a lot of snow. We have a winter storm warning for tonight and tomorrow, 6-10 inches, which will be the most so far this winter in one event. -
Something is opening the fuel flow and my first guess would be that the float is having issues and getting stuck. However you said you checked it. Have you taken the carb apart and rebuilt it? Is the petcock always bypassed or you just did it to test? * Moved topic to Suzuki forum.

Welcome to QC! First thing that I would do is make sure that every connection is tight. To make sure that battery is good and the Advance store equipment didn't fail you and let you leave with a dead cell (they usually check voltage only and not load) you could jump from another 12V source, like a car battery or a jump pack. I've done that before and determined my battery was actually bad. If still no good, use a meter and check the voltage at the starter and see if you are getting juice down there. If not, something is wrong in the middle and you'll need to trace it to a bad ground, connection, starter relay, ignition, etc.

Ajmboy replied to data89's topic in Arctic Cat ATV Forum
I didn't see a manual for the 500 in the downloads section: https://www.quadcrazy.com/files/category/9-arctic-cat-atv/ Maybe there is another AC that's similar?- 2 replies
