  1. Manuals are now in the downloads section. Check this one that @oxidized_black added :
  2. Welcome to QUADCRAZY! You'll feel the power difference moving to to the 700 but the comfort of EPS and having the winch and zillas is great too. Sounds to me like the 450 will be the way to go for you based on what you are doing. * Edited topic title to include more info.
  3. I like that bag, especially the cooler and the fact that it looks pretty sturdy and reinforced.
  4. @oxidized_black had them posted by link in the ATC forum and you might want to reach out to him to see if he still has them.
  5. All the available manuals that have been uploaded by members are in the downloads section under https://www.quadcrazy.com/files/category/3-yamaha-atv/ for Yamaha. If not there, you can search the forum using the search bar up top. It's also possible no-one has posted one. A lot of people come to QUADCRAZY looking for repair info and manuals, but it depends if members like you and I would post it to the community to share. * Topic moved to Yamaha forum
  6. If it's in good shape, that's a good price 😁 http://www.nadaguides.com/Motorcycles/2010/Yamaha/YFM45FXZW-WLVRN-SPORT-421cc/Values
  7. You could if you replace the carb. Check out this topic:
  8. When you start it, are you using the choke? What's off is that you seem to addressed all the fuel issues and rebuilt the carb. Have you changed the plug and wire, checked the air box/filter as well or are they all good?
  9. Yes there is. If it's not posted in the forum and you didn't find it in the Downloads section, maybe it's not available. There are over 60 Yamaha service manuals in the downloads section, so take a look and see if there is something there that can help you. Otherwise you would have to wait to see if another member can share with you or post it in the downloads section.
  10. I don't think there are many in the know unfortunately. Have you been able to get more information on this? You probably already seen this site: https://infrastructure.gov.au/vehicles/imports/
  11. Yes for this topic they would but we do have the general, anything goes forum: https://www.quadcrazy.com/atvforum/21-general-talk-anything-goes/ 😁
  12. My buddy replaced his years back with a gates belt. Amazon has it for about $85 Gates 43C3596 G-Force C-12 CVT Belt If you want to go a little cheaper, go with the Dayco belt and Amazon has that for about $70 Dayco XTX2234 XTX Extreme Torque ATV/UTV Drive Belt
  13. I used to love to ski, have to get back out there one day. Enjoy and share any good pics!
  14. Nice job diagnosing and tearing into into it @Frank Angerano! How was the oil because there may have been a lubrication issue if they wore out that bad. I'm not sure how bad it is or the noise but as the quad gets older things wear and depending how it was maintained and ridden will correlate to what conditions the internals are and what noises it starts to make. So if oil was neglected maybe it caused an issue. I've seen fixes out there with some sort of goob but I don;t know how that works. You can probably ride it the way it is but depending what you spent on the quad and the fact that you have it apart, I would look into maybe replacing the head with a used unit but before you buy it make sure the cover is off so you can inspect. Like this ebay listing for $188 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Kawasaki-Bayou-400-98-99-Engine-Cylinder-Head-15871/292413774392?fits=Make%3AKawasaki|Model%3ABayou+400&epid=1923102086&hash=item4415381a38:g:40QAAOSwItJaYKdu&vxp=mtr There's another one for $150 OBO, but who knows what it looks like inside: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Cylinder-Head-11008-5006-Kawasaki-1996-Bayou-400-ATV-4x4/192432356986?epid=1424636978&hash=item2ccddcbe7a:g:ZbgAAOSwU91aYnAm&vxp=mtr You might want to take your head to a machine shop and see if they have any type of fixes. If it's not that bad, just inspect your oil passages, change the oil and ride it the way it is. 😁
  15. 2018? Isn't it brand new and under warranty? If you just bought it why would it be clogged? I would not accept any modifications on it and would return it and ask for my money back if its new.
  16. I loved my king quad but had to sell it when I got married because we needed the money. Ended up buying a yamaha grizzly a couple of years later for a good deal. Below is me on my king quad from the gallery section. That ATV would go through anything and had it up to 74 MPH in the snow on the roads during a storm.
  17. I used to have a king quad 700 and always ran 93 octane in it as well as my yamaha grizzly now. 😁
  18. That's odd, can you post a picture of it? It's pricey to replace it. Look up the part number and search around online if you have to buy it. Check out this topic also:
  19. Another great video, looks like lots of fun!

  23. Welcome to QUADCRAZY! I moved your topic to the Suzuki forum. I used to own a 700 King Quad myself. The OE filter number should be 16510-03G00-X07 and that crosses to aftermarket part numbers: If you have a Napa, you'll need a 1359 Gold I'll look around for a manual.
  24. BRRR......Good morning! Freezin in NY!!!
  25. Everyone I talk to on Long island usually says its getting worse and worse to ride in terms of riding areas. You can check out these clubs/parks http://www.moto1longisland.com/ and http://lirtc.org/ NY has a bunch of areas that are legal and some parks as you go away from NYC. It's nice if you can just find someone with land that butts up against state land http://www.tallpinesatvpark.com/ http://www.ride4wheel.com/ride.php?id=NY
