  14. I would lean on checking the air flow first and then mess with the carb. If they redid the top end or made some modifications, the carb may be jetted wrong and a new jet could solve the issues.

  16. Based on the service manual, it covers 1987-1997...so maybe that span of years?
  17. Topic moved to South ATV & Off Road Forum being that it is related to Florida DMV and statutes. 😀 It may be difficult without proof of ownership, but not really sure. I would go to the DMV and give them the vin number to do a search or pay for it online. find out who the previous owner is and see if you can get a bill of sales or something notarized transfering ownership. So what actually happens, it cranks but never fires up? Start button work and engaging the starter? Use the website search feature at the top and you'll find similar topics like:
  21. They should be under the seat in most cases. I'm leaning on a faulty ignition switch but without testing, it's hard to say. Looking at wiring diagram from the manual, you don't have an optional alarm unit do you? Here's the manual
