Great question. CCA stands for Cold Cranking Amps. The higher that rating, the more power you will notice cranking. The rating refers to the number of amps a 12-volt battery can deliver at 0°F for 30 seconds while maintaining a voltage of at least 7.2 volts. The higher the CCA rating, the greater the starting power of the battery.

Did you ever find anything? I've only seen handlebar warmers. Where would you mount them for a passenger? The only thing I've seen are the heated seat kits: You can probably fabricate something, but depends on what you have there like passenger handles.

Did you get it running yet? Take out the spark plug and see if it cranks freely with no cylinder pressure.

Welcome to QUADCRAZY! Does the starter crank fine, just no spark? Have you taken out the plug to test? How did you test for no spark?
