That's funny, I was expecting to see some deer or something. I've killed those in my living room before...

It's been a couple of weeks, anyone hear from Joe? Just wondering how he's doing.

Here's another one..Welcome to QUADCRAZY!

That is very reliable. You should write a review on it!! As a matter of fact..we should have an atv review section!!

Help me pick a couple of atvs please
Ajmboy replied to cruzin_papa's topic in General ATV Discussion
I would spend the money and get a bigger Grizzly with power steering and somethings smaller but 4wd for the wife. You may want to check out a King Quad also or a Brute Force. -
Looks good!!! Yeah don't stay away....

I voted again, because it looks like it resets every month...this site is #10.

53 to go!

Is that the Ozark in your profile pic? If it is, that is pretty good considering you submerge it in water and all...
-
Very good point. All state or privately owned usually.

2000 arctic cat 300 hard start and idle problem
Ajmboy replied to fireman2828's topic in Arctic Cat ATV Forum
Thread title changed to a more descriptive title to get more response. 1. It should have selectable gear range and a 4X4 selector, does it? 2. Is the choke even working? Is the cable seized? It sounds like it's getting too much gas at start up..Are you sure it's not blue smoke from oil? 3. Reading this again, I think you should take that carb apart and inspect/rebuild. -
Welcome to QUADCRAZY! It's normal to get some metalization in the oil from normal wear. Was it allot of metal shavings? Could be your piston, ring, or cylinder wall wearing down. If it's allot of shavings, I would be concerned, but there is little you can do about it. Maybe add an oil additive and just ride it. Eventually you may need a lower half rebuild.

I would give a call to a local dealer up there and see if someone there knows where everyone is riding. Try these guys: On the Trail Cycle 83 1/2 Ten Broeck Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401 (845) 338-7822 That's already Ulster County, I'm not sure on the rules for atvs up there. I know they have had atv races in the past at the Ulster County Fair.

Nice pictures! Good point about the helmet. Even if you ride a utility, you should wear one...I am at fault of not wearing one most of the time!!!
-
I used to work in the Ulster County mall in Kingston..years ago... Sears Auto... Unfortunately I have no idea about trails up there. I live 1 1/2 hours south currently.

Where you guys playing?

Yeah me too!!! No sand like that here in the North East! Maybe one day when I'm rich, I'll by a hauler and get lots of free time to travel and ride wherever I want........... yeah right!!!!
