  2. Glad to see you got it fixed. * Adjusted thread title to include year and issue.
  3. I agree, a good manual is a must, and will be very descriptive.
  4. Nice picture!
  5. I'm not sure short of taking it apart. I will ask a buddy of mine.
  6. Like DD said...it's just an issue where it's not disengaging the gear. Now the clutch worked before your did the top end? Not sure what would cause it not to all of a sudden..did you do anything to the clutch, the cable, etc...during your repairs? You just took the cyclinder head off right?
  7. That's happened to me when water gets into the intake.
  8. I've never heard that one...heating up in an oven. Why not just take a blow dryer to it? Is your ecm fried, or you don't know...the ecm sends a signal using throttle posistion, engine rpm, etc..to keep the fuel pump on or shut it off.
  9. * I changed your thread title to get you better responses from searches. That Honda transmission is a bit different and is not belt driven from what I remember. I think there are clucth packs in there though. It sounds like it's just not engaging the final drive.
  10. Thanks for the information. I was just looking at your site and was wondering, do you offer any electronic versions of your catalogs? 2008 LT-A750X (KingQuad) Service Manual - $90.00 (573+ pages) That's a steep price...how is it different from let's say these: Suzuki King Quad Service Manual LTA 700 Repair Manual PDF - Download Technical Official 2008 Suzuki LT-A750XK8 KingQuad Factory Service Manual 99500-47020-03E LT-A750XK8 KingQuad
  11. I've posted this pic before but never one anything with it..so here goes my craziest. Braking up some ice on the King Quad mid-winter..through a frozen stream. I broke all the ice...
  12. No kidding...they are cheaper though...I guess you get what you pay for.

    Hey

me too Red...some pics of you out on the Canadian trails....
  14. Yeah, I would have to think so too...
  15. Welcome to QUADCRAZY!
  16. Welcome to QUADCRAZY!
  17. I like this idea, where are you holding that spare while riding?
  18. I was going to say TPS sensor, but since you said in your first post that it tested fine...have you checked fuel pressure after the new pump?
  19. Great, keep us updated. Good luck with it.
  20. Keep us posted on your results...
  21. Hang in there, some of the Honda guys will be able to answer this. * Adjusted your thread title for better responses and searches.
  22. Do you have a tachometer. If so, rev the engine and measure the voltage. The voltage should be greater than the battery voltage, but less than 15.5 volts. If it remains the same, it's not charging on load. * I adjusted your thread title for better searches.
  23. I prefer the Grizzly 700...and recommend you look at the Suzuki King Quad. I have had bad experiences with Polaris front ends and have seen Polaris utility quads get messed up on the trails from rough riding...so I'm not a huge Polaris fan. If you are looking for comfort, buy a quad with power steering.
  24. Have you checked out this review that was recently done on a Gorilla Winch: ATV Articles Gorilla 3000lb XT Series ATV Winch Review » QUADCRAZY ATV Community ? There's also Warn Winches, but they are more expensive.
  25. Good information, I would never have thought of that.
