Did you do a full rebuild, soak it? You probably have a jet clogged or something like that. Did you get a full rebuild kit? * Added year and manufacturer to thread title.

Like mentioned above..tire pressure or wheel alignment, but also check for a weak shock, frame damage, rear axle misalignment. * Added year and manufacturer to thread title.

Welcome to QUADCRAZY! So you said you looked at the carb, right? You made sure the float is fully operational? Sounds like fuel flow to me or shortage of, at high rpm. Have you checked your stator output at higher rpm? * Added full year and manufacturer to thread title, condensed title.

Welcome to QUADCRAZY! If you had the year, it would be easier to figure out. It really depends on how much to fix it normally if someone else was to do it, at a shop, how much that would cost....subtracted.
