  1. Welcome to QUADCRAZY!
  2. Nice rims and tires!
  3. I looked and I only have a newer king quad manual. You might just want to find a suzuki atv dealer and see if they can fax/print you a vacuum diagram. I'm not sure if the clymer manual has a vacuum diagram: Clymer Suzuki LT-4WD, LT-F4WDX and LT-F250 1987-1998 Here's another to try, but who knows on this.. Suzuki Quad Runner 250 / King Quad 280 service manual repair 1987-1998 - Download Technical That's a tough one, but a nice quad. I'm assuming it has those fancy shift levers...
  4. Like ox said, you really need to determine what the plugs look like to find out the cause. Below is a decent guide to get some direction..
  5. I have to agree that oxidized_black has been a real contributor here and I see him helping people left and right. I've been here since the early days and have seen people come and go, but only a handful as helpful as ox and none online as often as I have seen him here lately! That's what really makes this place great, it's the help people can get, and not a month later...like on other sites. QUADCRAZY is lucky to have such great members and contributors like oxidized_black!
  6. Good morning, raining here...I was hoping we would have hit Mega Millions last night...
  7. Great purchase, lot's of fun!
  8. Welcome to QUADCRAZY! Sounds like a bad starter. With the plug out there is no compression and it's much easier for the starter to turn. With it in under compression it's harder...maybe the starter then starts skipping. Is it shimmed or anything? * Added issue to thread title.
  9. * Thread moved to This vs. That forum and adjusted title.
  10. Is it loud like exhaust noise? Put a rag over the exhaust and see where it's leaking if it is, watch out cause it's be hot. My guess is the manifold is cracked or gasket popped out,or a problem with the exhaust pipe, if it's an exhaust noise. * Added full year and issue to thread title.
  11. I think you need a battery, can you post a picture of it? Try to find out the year off the vin.
  12. That's a good price, they even have a superwinch 2000lb for @ $113. Plus free shipping, you can't beat that.
  13. I agree with oxidized_black, check the output on idle after it warms up.
  14. Welcome to QUADCRAZY!
  15. Welcome to QUADCRAZY! I used to own a 2005 King Quad 700, great machine!
  16. Welcome to QUADCRAZY!
  17. Great Video! I like the music as well.
  18. You can get more power and atomization of fuel with fuel injection, but it's just more expensive parts to replace...
  19. Good morning....do you speak Russian?
  20. I'm not sure without listening to it. Is it possibly the starter motor spinning? Maybe it's not disengaging properly?
  21. I agree with oxidized_black, what year is your quad?
  22. I don't own a Polaris, but hopefully some of the others here will be able to help you out better. There are a few good videos on Youtube. 23. What year is your Sportsman?
  24. There should be an adjustment for the semi-auto clutch. * Added year and manufacturer to thread title.
