Sounds like a big job. Water will kill internals. I also had it where I submerged my old kodiak I had and even got it water locked. Got it started and got home, changed the oil 3 times.

With the modifications, you may need to go with a larger, maybe 190 main jet. What does the pipe manufacturer recommend?

Does it start to buck while riding or does the idle sink lower and just stall out?

Either the throttle cable is too tight or the choke is stuck in my opinion.

The rear brake needs to be fully engaged in most cases, try the foot pedal and hand brake. May need to be readjusted.

When I had my 2005 King Quad 700, I had it up to 72 mph on a snow covered highway and a frozen lake... My current 2004 Grizzly I had up to 66 MPH.

Still running my Verizon Palm Pre 2. Holding out for a new iphone with 4G LTE, if it ever comes out...

Do you have any pictures? Something has to be frozen or bent.
