Welcome to QUADCRAZY. Did you reach out to them and see if they can send you a wiring diagram? There could be an ignition relay or something or bad ground. I don't think the issue is the carb. New coil and all and still no spark, could be as simple as a bad ground.

1999 Kawasaki 220 Bayou choke plunger stuck

I haven't experienced a stuck plunger, but I have had the carb float pin get corroded and stuck when I had my Bayou 220... -

I prefer not to use universal wire especially the kind you have to cut and put together. I would spring for the OEM cable from Polaris. * Reworded title for better searches/responses.
