I would agree, check the carb. Sounds like the bowl is drying up. Check the float. * Added issue to thread title.

Just make sure you use ATV 10w-30 with the correct additives. I use Valovoline ATV oil that you can get at an auto parts store. * Added full year and manufacturer to thread title.

I would also have to say yes, because the mount would probably be the same. If anything, you would need a new mount only. * Added year, make, and model to thread title.
