    Welcome to QUADCRAZY! Fuels and spark are the first things that I would check and it sounds like you have both. It might be a choke issue. Or it may still be a carb related issue. I would try spraying starting fluid into the intake and see if it catches, if it does, it's not getting fuel. * Moved thread to Polaris forum and added year, make, model, and issue to thread title.

    You should be able to do just the one boot. To get the joint apart, there may be a retainer clip holding it in place.

    May be because it's lifted, but I would just adjust the tie-rods.
