check the neutral line for the gear indicator if youve been down the back of the carb you could have disturbed a wires or loose plug

ive had faulty key barrels before even on new machines, they can be stripped and inspected

another for correct oil?

if youre not even getting a fart with fuel directly in the cylinder its likely ignition, checked the timing / coil etc?

fuel pump relay/ fuel pump is where id start
