scribd is a good place to download and post service manuals if you just want to get them out there.. making a wordpress site now days is really not that difficult either, you can sell them on etsy as downloads for a few dollars if you want to earn a little money, that is what i would do to be honest... you can also just put everything on a cloud drive and post a list of all the service manuals you have and send them out via request.

yeah depends on the altitude, i opt for a lectron carb so i dont have to re-jet..

lectron makes good carbs that are auto adjusting so you dont have you use jets and they atomize the fuel alot better than a standard carb

you can use mule tape or use a ratcheting tie down to tie it down to your seat

ebay is good place to buy manuals if you need a hard copy...
