You aren’t wrong there.. my rural properties are quickly becoming suburban. A few counties on gulf coast near the armpit have a lot of private land to offer, if you can stand the occasional hurricane

Maybe it is just me, but every new biker I meet is from West Virginia and just moved to Florida… FWIW

Patience goes a long way, and for me, the help of a retired veteran/driveway mechanic. He amazes me with how much he knows firsthand about engines and especially motorcycles and he is excited about a new project.
