Hi, Got a Big Boss produced 2016 YM 2017 that gives DTC 520 285 2 (random) What I understand is correlation code for brakesensors, very little information in workshop manual. Removed front plastic to discover that no connector was mounted on the brake pressure switch!? The only "brake" information seems to come from the micro switch at the brake lever. Does anyone know if Polaris does anything special on the 6x6 or had this issue?

Had charging issues 12,7v runnig should give at least 13,8v This vill drain battery and eventally low voltage for igningtion and injector/pump. (but also lack of fuel (amount bad but pressure good) dirt inside filtrersock and injector.)

A 10W-40 synthetic oil( YM 2005- ) from known producer, i usally run Motul or Castrol.

EFI model? Had problems with clogged filternet inside injector.(with preavious changed filtersock and pump)

Sounds like lean condition/fuel problem. Fresh fuel? Any debris inside the tank, filter on the way to carburator. Jets cleaned manually with compressed air or ultrasonic cleaner?

How often do you change oil in front/rear diffrentials and gearbox?

98 is the only thing that goes inside the tank, more expensive less problems 🙂 With our "standard" fuel 95 +10% ethynol creating problems primary in carburated vehicles.

Works fine, only thing thing on my 2021 is the bracket/bolts that came loose on the front torrosion bar.

Depends where u going to ride, stock works good in my opinion.
