Oil is getting in the air box from crankcase vent tube, I put the two hoses that go to the air box together then something started to smoke on the front of the engine. There is a filter? In the line I blew that out.

Back to the wheeler,bought a service manual. Should have done that long ago. Reading in there on that machine there is a switch in the throttle thumb box if the throttle cable has any slack in it the switch will make and no spark. Another thing I found interesting on this, there are no fuses. Thanks

My wheeler originally had a fuel leak.But on trying to start it no spark. Took front end off, when I try to start it I get one spark then nothing. Come back a while latter one spark,replaced coil and cdi box no help?

Got back to the wheeler,after checking all connections, fuses,there was a bad diode,that didn’t help. Then I started checking voltages at the fuses and found the two fuses that are on the starter solenoid had no voltage. The solenoid worked but there must be an internal line to the fuses that opened. thanks all that responded

It is a 700. The machine number is worn off the frame sometimes if I get light just right I can see a 4 but nothing else.

I have checked most connectors, battery is up.from what I-read in the manual it has a diagnosis but the display is blank,I think it shows up there? Checked all the fuses,swapped relays. This thing has more wires, connection ,sensors than the space shuttle.

When I turn on key back light on the display works. The display shows shifter positions, temp and engine icon. But the main display is blank. It will not start fuel pump not working, but that info would come from controll Modular? Thanks for any ideas
