I use the Harbor Freight tire bead breaker. Works like a charm. And its cheap and will last forever.

I own a 2000 Sportsman 335 and I have had good luck with Swamp Fox tires.

When I was younger, I was introduced to the Honda 3-wheeler. I rode that thing everywhere. I am too old for the motorcycles but I love to ride my Sportsman 335. Hoping one day to upgrade to a SxS for play as well as work at the nursery.

Looked a tad further. The solid state relay LR-60, part number 4010164. It looks like it is no longer available but maybe aftermarket. It can be bypassed by wiring the orange/black wire from the fan motor to the brown wire through a toggle switch - it means you have to turn the fan on manually, but it is a work around.

I have a 2k Sportsman 335 and I think the carb needs rebuilt or replaced. If I don't turn off the petcock, it will dump fuel on the ground. I figure the float is stuck or the needle is bad. Fixing to rebuild my carb and was wondering what kit you suggest? I have been looking but most are chinese knockoffs.

This fixed my issue.
