2015 Kymco 700i uxv sticks on full throttle

May be the cable sticking. Ne electrical. Steering wheel--not handlebars. Definitely going to full throttle. -
My machine starts well with temperatures below zero, but after accelerating to get moving, it goes to and sticks to full throttle. Why is this happening and how do I fix it? thanks, gregjo1948
