I agree! I've had a few of them over the years.

2020 Apollo Blazer 125cc stator hot
ITWarrior replied to indyglyder's topic in Other ATV Brands Forum
If it's a 2020, is it still under warranty? I'd definitely make this a dealer issue if you can. -
The stator is the only thing you haven't replaced yet, and the resistance is out of spec. I think you just answered your own question 😃

Definitely this, but also tell them about it first. I used slime about 10 years ago in a tyre, took the wheels to be replaced with new tyres and forgot about the slime in them (it was almost 2 years after I'd put it in). Needless to say, I was their most hated customer the moment the tyre separated from the rim and Satan's fart juice spread all over the workshop. That stuff gets everywhere.

I run either 2.5 psi or 4 psi, depending on the time of year (2.5 over winter). The extra grip is immediately noticeable.

What do you use to clean your ATV?
ITWarrior replied to Frank Angerano's topic in General Talk - Anything Goes!
After years of using various fancy cleaning products, I use a power washer and some truck wash. The truck wash just seems to melt the mud - I've no idea what's in it. Doesn't seem to hurt the plastics or seals. I get mine in 10L drums at the local auto parts store but you could probably get it at truck stops too. -
Machines that have been sat for that long tend to rust up internally with many years of moisture and no oil flow around things. They might require a bit of work to get going reliably, plus probably a new carb, lines, tank because the fuel will be well off by now. Also those tyres have probably started to perish too. But still, Warriors are cool. I still remember mine - so much torque off the bottom end / mid range, and they make a great sound!

That depends how good you are at machining and welding. You haven't said what year or submodel.

Suzuki King Quad 700 give it gas then it dies
ITWarrior replied to Brent Wright's topic in Suzuki ATV Forum
KQ 700s are EFI. It's likely the throttle position sensor that's faulty or out of adjustment, or a faulty fuel pump. You can see what the EPU thinks the TPS is doing by looking at the lines on the bottom of the dash when you turn it on with the diagnostic jumper wire in. -
When I was 4 years old (1993), my dad was given an LT50 as a substitute for money for some work that he did for somebody. That was my first quad. I've lost count of how many I've had since, but I've had at least one from every manufacturer and (as far as I can tell) one of every model build since 2004 at some point.

Hi folks! Just dropping by to say hello. I'm from Wellington, New Zealand, and I've owned pretty much every model of quad available since 2004. Currently have a 2011 YFZ450R, 2017 KingQuad 750 and a 2021 Sportsman 1000. See you out there!
