you may have to change the depth of the needle on the slide .. thats the only thing that i could find about the carb in any of my books .. is that when rejetting, the slide needle will have to be adjusted ...

well i have been doing some digging when im able .. ive been busy doing some trail maintance around here with the flood water going down from the river being so high here in western indiana...the river was at 18.3 feet (flood stage is 14.0 feet here) a few days ago and there is alot of debree on the low land trails that i have been removing so we will be able to ride them..and it is raining here again so it might go back up some more .. and been working on a few atv's in the last 3 days ... but with the rain i will be back on here digging more ...

im gonna look and see if i have any info on the caeb on it .. ill see what i can come up with .. but it sounds like you might have something stuck in 1 of the little passages in the carb ... i will let you know if i find the schematic(break down) of the carb an will go from there..

no prob... any time ... i have had several of them and have had 3 totally apart and put back together after repainting the frames and rebuilding the motors ..

the shop manual will tell step by step how to do it .. so thats what i would do if he is gonna email it i would go 4 it ..

i would take it apart and see what the prob. is .. if a seal is bad or O ring and check to make shure there are no scratches or scrapes in the body of it .. it its good inside you can rebuild it .. if not then you will have to replace it ..
