Does anyone subscribe to ATV Illustrated? I am and feel that it is well layed out, easy to read, and not cluttered like some other atv magazines out there.

This is not a good thing and if passed could carry over to other states. I agree that a rider safety course should be given, also the limit of allowable cc/size of engine should be in place per age (if they want to start restrictions), but ultimately the decision should be up to the parents.

I believe the laws vary by state. Some state laws do not restrict the number of passengers you can put on an ATV. So, should you choose to ride double, you must do so at your own risk.
