ATV Maintenance and Repair - Pro Remedies The next best thing to riding ATVs is wrenching on them. We reveal tips that'll get you roosting again.Valve Stem Caps I'm sure that you've had a slow leaking tire at some point. The annoying type that holds air for a majority of the day but is always flat when you are ready to ride. This can be caused by small debris particles preventing the valve stem from seating properly. Reinstalling the caps after service will keep the valve clean and your tires properly inflated.inline_mediumwraptextright32342481/tech/1001_atvp_atv_maintenance_and_repair1001_atvp_01_z+atv_pro_remedies+valve_stem_caps.jpgTrue Photo Gallery: ATV Maintenance and Repair - ATV Rider Magazine Read More | Digg It | Add to del.icio.us More...

Ask Mikey Technical Questions Due to his disgruntled behavior Mikey is permanently locked away in the ATVR garage, but he does have occasional Internet access to answer your tech questions. Each month we receive an overwhelming flow of technical questions from our readers. Everyone at ATVR including the night janitor carries an extremely heavy workload so as a last resort we were forced to put Mike Newsom in charge of answering your questions. Mikey is one of the most talented mechanics we know, but it's his off-the-wall remarks and repulsive attitude that keep him locked away in the garage. If you dare to bear his response, send your questions to [email protected]. We promise not to let Mikey use your name and embarrass you in front of your buddies. ATV Maintenance and Repair The next best thing to riding ATVs is wrenching on them. Pro Remedies is where you learn tips from the professionals.Shock Linkage Lubrication The rear shock linkage is out of sight and often out of mind when lubricating your ATV. Without being periodically disassembled and lubricated the needle bearings will eventually dry out and come apart. Neglecting these bearings will result in needlessly spending extra dollars and performing the tedious task of replacing the bearings. Grease is cheap and bearings aren't, get the picture?inline_mediumwraptextright27136654/tech/0911_atvp_atv_maintenance_and_repair0911_atvp_01_z+ATV_tips_and_remedies+linkage.jpgTrue Photo Gallery: ATV Maintenance and Repair - ATV Rider Magazine Read More | Digg It | Add to del.icio.us More...

December 2009 ATV Photo Contest! (UPDATED)
quadcrazy replied to quadcrazy's topic in QUADCRAZY Contests
We've just updated this contest theme due to the fact that we have received low participation up to this point. Updated Theme: "Best Winter/Holiday Theme With Your ATV" (Photo MUST include your ATV, 3 wheeler, or UTV) "Winter/Holiday Theme" can include anything festive, wintry, snowy, Christmas'y...so be creative! Good Luck! -
Post your UTV Make and Model If you are a UTV/SidebySide owner, please post your UTV Make and Model here to share it with the community. Maybe include how long you have owned it and what you like about it. If you have pictures, even better!
