    i have a Badland 3500 wench on my 2020 Forman 520 which i had on my 2018 alterra 500 and i have beat on it pretty hard and not once have i had a problem. had for 3 yrs and paid $109 with a coupon. I tried synthetic cable on it and it was horrible so i bought the steel cable to put back on it. It mounted to the very front of my quad too and has no protection from anything.

    Does the onboard system provide everything needed to atleast point out any electrical component malfunction and is there ang benefit of using an obdll diagnostic tool with an adapter for this machines diagnostic port?

    Bought a new 2020 Sportsman 570 Eps and i sure hope this thing lasts longer then the last automatic quad i bought new which was toast at 348 miles and needed new transmission amd clutches both wet and cvt.

    a little late but it stands for Capacitor discharge ignition. its been explained above but i didnt see anyone give what it stands for.
