I agree with Ox that is a great pic. Move it to more of a trail setting and that is a calender shot. -
cool pic, I like the way it captured the dirt kicking up off the tires -
A bent valve will definately cause that problem. If it is not sealing you won't get compression. As far as how to fix it I am sure Oxidized_Black has a pdf link for the manual listed and you can see what it will involve from there. Good luck and keep us posted with progress.

I don't exactly have a race quad and Syracuse is a long way from me, but that sounds like something I would love to do in the future. Is there any information on how to get involved with that? Bike requirements, paperwork, who to contact? I can't make this one, but I can try to get prepared for future events closer to my area. -

If you guys get enough people for a certain location go for it. You don't all need to try to work around me. It seems I am the only one that doesn't have the paperwork. I am in the process of changing jobs right now anyway and would really be stretching my budget to do it.
