I worked all weekend have off today and tomorrow, with a "to do" list that isnt long, but is time consuming.

Good morning it is. I got to sleep late and have the day off today. I have a ton on the "to do" list though so I gotta get some done. -

Separated shoulder epidemic??????

I didnt break anything, but I seperated my shoulder and tore a tendon in the rotator cuff playing street hockey. I didnt get surgery I opted for the cortisone shot instead, but my doctor did say that excercising it on a daily basis will be the key to keeping it strong. When you get your therapy they should show you some easy steps to make it as good as or better than before the surgery. It wont be a walk in the park, but keep a positive attitude. Best wishes. -
yeah most of my pics come from stills out of the videos. Its just me and the camera when I am riding, noone wants to watch me hit a jump all day. -

thats definately some good riding. thats the kind of trails I ride on. fast sections, rocky sections, technical rocky hillclimbs,little bit of everything in one. -
I would be checking my fuel to see how much more of that trail I could eat up. looks like a good ride -
ha ha I think we have all been in that spot. good fun though. -
