    80 Acres

80 acres would keep me busy for a while. I don't have near that much, but with my trusty shovel I can keep changing it up.
  8. Man its gonna be really hard to top the last one. I can hear my wife saying I am spending too much time on the computer already.

  10. Well its afternoon again, but Everyone can still have a nice day from here.
  11. ROFL:laugh: thats funny. Glad you weren't hurt Hanginon. It sucks having a broken quad, but they eventually get fixed. Hope it is up and running for you soon.
  12. Oohh i love the sound of brrraaaaaap in the morning. Good morning everyone
  13. not sure about the asphalt plants, but RAC is hiring for heavy equipment. You have to go to their office for an application. Good luck.
  14. sounds like there is always an adventure just waiting to happen around your house.
  15. I live in Schuylkill County. You are familiar with that area from St Clair. Housing is kinda cheap, but as far as jobs its slim. Mostly warehouses is what you'll find. I have been unemployed for almost a year myself. Wayne county seems very nice although I am not familiar with housing prices or work opportunities. I wish you the best of luck and will send positive thoughts your way.
  16. I like your way of thinking.:bow2:
  17. 1.01 Polaris Trailblazer 250 2.Pickup and just me 3.Nope, I have no problem loading it with my ramps 4.No 5.NA 6.NA
  18. Where I am at if it has wheels and plastics its $1500. I saw a 400ex listed for $1800 and the running condition was listed as "unknown". How could you not know? Either yes it runs or no it doesnt.
  19. I have been having a lot of problems with mine hesitating and bogging. It has been driving me freaking crazy and almost got me hurt a couple times. Nothing like bogging out when you are hitting the face of a jump, but anyway I checked and did everything I could on my quad and kept telling my wife it is air/fuel related, but I could not find a cause. I found this article and started to actually use dry gas, which helped, but didnt eliminate the problem. I will definitately be hitting up Wal mart before my next ride though.
  20. thats cool. I would be the one flying off of the pile that you guys are spinning past.
  21. That QuadBoss Tire Sealant that I won in the most comments is working just fine. I am gonna have to take a pic of the other side. I tried to crush the bucket of a frontend loader with that side and I lost.
  22. Here is a link to an article I found on this subject. What Mixture of Gas Do People Use in ATVs? | eHow.com
  23. I agree about going on the overall condition. My quad doesnt get many hours, but the ones it does get are like dog years. Just give it a good look over. Check for things like play in the bushings and bearings, obvious cracks or damage to the frame, play in the steering, proper fluid levels, etc. Quads hold their value a lot more than cars seem to in the fact that you could get a used quad thats 5 years old for practically the same as a used quad thats 10 years old. That is at least what I have experienced.
