loncin engines are often a copy (and enlarged) of CB 125 - check honda cb125 or cg 125 wiring

check your solenoid too

Could be a leaky magneto too

Just use a CC charge of 100 mA up to 12.5V then switch to a CV charge at 12.6V

More likely a carb issue - just rebuild the carb

Check compression - white smoke - non burnt fuel

really depends on the kind of transmission - if geared using one with good ATF ingredient.
