Air/fuel mixture screw adjustment relief!
06kfx440 replied to Frank Angerano's topic in General ATV Discussion
I had 2 on my banshee. They worked great. Imagine having to stick a screw driver tip in beteeen carbs that are 2” apart. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- 1 reply

90% done. This heat is really doing a number on me. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk -
Of course you can. You may lose in some areas but you can use them Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Go onto motorsports.com or bike bandit. They have reference numbers for each bearing. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk Or take them out and bring them with you. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Your high idle may be an intake boot or a disconnected filter or a vaccume leak somewhere. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Hmm. Take a trip to Lowe's and see if you can get a cap. But that's a tough one. I never did a temporary mod like that. Frank? Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Check your carb again. Your float might be off and overflowing the carb internally. Make sure the carb is in spec. If your getting spark and timing is in spec on the valves, then to much fuel will foul the plugs and prevent it from firing. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk Also there are timing marks on the stator side thru a plugged hole. You will need a screw driver to pull them off. Then take the hole center of the casing and put your socket in there. Turn the motor and align the timing at tdc. Then check your cams. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

1985 suzuki quadrunner 250 Transmission Problem
06kfx440 replied to Shawn Hendershot's topic in Suzuki ATV Forum
Look at the way it spins. If it's counter then it's left. Opposite if it spins right. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk -
It's a cable issue. It stretched. I'd replace it with oem but aftermarket sometimes works. While your at it. Replace the choke guide as well. Might as well do it since you'll be in there Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Not sure what parts needed to make 4wd work
06kfx440 replied to Benton Williams's topic in General ATV Discussion
Well. From your pics. It looks like the p/o removed the entire front half of the 4wd. To start, I would buy the front axles, differential, & the drive shaft that connects to the trans. Would you happen to know if the 4wd engages Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk -
Big bore kits are around 400. You can do cams, timing advance, rev limiter box for more rpms. Port the head and intake. Port the carb. And so on. It depends on what your looking for. I have the 440 kit and stage 2 cams and keep up if not pass the 450s. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

That's a better explanation than I gave Frank. But same principal. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Well. The worst that can happen is bolts rattle loose and break things. But sometimes you can get lucky if you have a feel for ft lb strength. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
