I would buy a honda. I have 3 a 92 trx 200d, 88 trx 300 4x4 and a 13 rancher 420. Use them every day the older ones are running as good as the day they were made.

Polaris does not recommend any lube on the driven and secondary clutches or assemblies that I am aware of. When we clean them we are told not to put anything on the bearings because it could shorten the life of the belt. If you give me the year of the unit is will post the factory service manual for you

Check the starterms Relay. It might be stuck closed

Sounds like you have some junk in the carb or the passages.

Did you cross any wires when fixing those connections. What about you voltage regulator

Did you remove the limiter wire
