I was doing some long overdue maintenance on the ATV today and found that the rear seal on the front differential is leaking a fair amount. Has anyone ever replaced one of these? Do you have to pull the axles or can you just pull the differential forward and drop the driveshaft out of it? I wasn't able to find much on this in forums or YouTube; most of it talks about changing out the axle seals. Any advise, tips or tricks would be appreciated.

You need to check your state hunting regs to see what is legal. In Colorado, your rifle needs to be fully cased and unloaded when carried on an OHV.

Mine wasn't nearly that bad.

I've got a 2008 Griz 700. I had the same problem a couple of years ago during an elk hunt. Turned out the stator fried due to the poor cooling design. New battery didn't last a day. Swapped it out and did the 2009 oil system mod and it has been running fine since then. I don't know if your model year has the same cooling problem or not. Worth looking into.

No issues with the Harbor Freight float charger. Been using it several years.

I bought some ratchet straps from them. They sent the wrong ones. Simple phone call had the correct ones on the way and I got to keep the wrong ones. I'd call that good customer service.
