yes it runs good without a load on level ground. I've cleaned the card and air filter. A buddy of mine put fuel stabilizer in it one winter and it hasn't ran right since

my quad loses power going up hills. it has good power on flat ground then hit the hills and by the time I get to the top I'm going about 5mpr.
