A defective neutral light won't stop the power supply to the bike, it only stops the start system working, and, you can over-ride the start safety inhibit by pulling the left brake lever on I'm pretty sure. Have you checked the fuse ? Do the lights or horn work ?

well im back again need to be able to download manuals i know about other sites the issue is i cannot find the one i need anywhere else
