I generally use Non Ethynol fuel in all my small engines. I just got back from the gas station and that fuel has really increased in price since last year, I will continue to use it, even though its north of 1.00 a gallon more. That seems minor compared to cleaning and repairing carbs every year. I was just curious as to what others are doing in regard to gas in their quads, i know a lot of the newer ones are fuel injected which shouldnt pose a problem, but i have had lots of problems with rust and jell forming in carbs when using ethynol fuel.

I havent tried premium instead of Non Ethynol maybe it s better, just as cheap, the non ethynol here only comes in one grade i think its 89.

yeah i fix and flip old lawnmowers as a side job and there is lots of mowers i get that some of the carburetors are destroyed from the leftover ethanol after the gas evaporates from using regular gas

i only use premium fuel i think thats 93 here in canada

I have NO experience with 2-stroke...I just came to look at your post to see why "crankcase full of oil" would be considered a problem 🙂

Admin thank you for showing the log, the only DL that were successful were on the 03/07 date. none of the previous 8 attempts were successful Funny how all the past attempts have two logs at the same time, I understand only 2 a day but I was not able to DL once until the 03/07 Seams to work now, must have been a bug on either side. I picked up a 1990 Yamaha Moto 4 350 from a buddy in the past two weeks. Still runs very well and is the first ATV I’ve ever owned. It is a nice utility ATV that my kids can have fun on. Wondering if anyone has an owners and service manual for this ATV. I’m a DIY guy that wants to go through and maintain the ATV. I just gave it a updated paint job (photo attached).
