no it wasnt intensional and yes it wouldve been alot worse..... only thing tht prolly saved my life was that i managed to throw my hand up just quick enough to catch most of the force

doctor said it it with enough force to kill me my hand is wat saved my life

Glad your ok! We never know when things like this could happen. I have found myself hauling butt and come up on a tree that has fallen across the trail. My neighbor got hurt pretty bad from a tree branch hanging down to low it caught him across the neck comming off a jump.

ya im alright it is bruised pretty good right now but i will be fine...... thanks for the concerns

I took a tree branch to the neck once. As soon as I got home I ordered the race collar I use. It helps protect my neck from anything like that and also will help if I crash. I noticed it holds my helmet steady while riding and my neck doesn't get sore anymore also.

u r lucky ... i have a friend that had the same thing happen and he spent several weeks in the hospital.. and has problems still from it .. an its been several years now ..

That is quite a "near death" experience! I am glad to see that you survived. My friend died that way from a cloths line while ridding his dirtbike.
