Alright here we go mi have a fourtrax 300. Right the mountain all the time, and music would help. Gotta a cooler and wanna rig it up in that. Thinking of putting a extra battery for it and the 3500 pound winch and extra lights.. But where do I start? I don't know how to rig the radio to twelve volt or what to do battery wise. I'm thinking of running a outerwear on a snorkel. And then doing away with the air box so I can fab a battery box. Would this work?!

Also, spacers and a lift. I wanna do both. But will I be sacrificing my bearings? Thanks!

Mudrider, I agree with ctd44! On most ATVs you'll have an accessory plug which is limited on the amperage that should be drawn from it and if you exceed that limit most likely you'll drain both batteries very quickly. What I would do is find out what that limit is amperage wise on your ATV and what the amperage of the music player you want to use draws. If the music player meets the ATVs accessory plug amperage recommendations your good to go if not I would suggest looking into a power source such as a small 2 cycle generator. I myself have never connected a winch to mine but I would think it would run directly to the battery with an inline fuse at the battery just in case something gets shorted out between the battery and the winch. Hope This Helps!

a winch and other occasional use items you would be fine as the battery has some room to run it. if possible I try to keep my quad running when winching just to keep it charging

I have a Sportsman 450 HO and almost killed my self when loading it on my truck with ramps.  It rolled off the top of the ramps and tailgate and nearly landed on me.  I now want to winch the ATV in to the truck.  My question is are the front side bed tiedowns in my 2011 RAM strong enough to winch to without distorting the hooks or sides of the bed?

I’m brand new to 4 wheelers and just bought a 1987 Yamaha Moto 4 350. It has good compression and fuel, but no spark. I’ve looked high and low trying to find how to test all the components of the ignition system, but can’t find anything. This has a new CDI box on it, but I suspect it might be the stator. How do I test the stator on this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i just picked this up. was told ran fine but overheating issues led to replacing head gasket and head. has not ran since. he is not a mechanic but helped someone else who he could not get back to finish job, got aggravated and put up for sale. i was thinking timing issues. i have 110-120psi on all 3 cylinders so i think valves are correct. dont know about distributor yet. however i have no spark. i have no power going to ignition coil. tried to follow white wire but gets lost in wire harness. does anyone have a wiring diagram? can anyone tell me what conditions have to be met before starting. motor turns over so i would think all safeties are met but you never know.
