Hey guys Im looking at buying a 2001 raptor 660 that has just had a new clutch, top end, tires, and it has a full fmf exhaust. This quad runs and drives but needs new plastics and seat cover. My main question is what is this quad worth, are the plastics from different years of the 660 interchangeable and what do I need to watch out for? Thanks in advance!!!

Yes, all plastics on them are interchangeable. If it runs good, I would say $1400-1650. Make sure you ride it and MAKE sure there is a 2nd gear, 01s are notorious for having junk transmissions.

I was going through a Mud HOLE Either there was a log or a rock, or A Dip but just as I was almost through it, Machine, Rolled over on my right side, as soon as I contacted the ground, I Heard A SNAP! I got up, flipped the Quad back over. I had the wind knocked out of me.

      Hello All
I'm kinda new to ATVs. I just bought a 1987 Suzuki quad runner 230 Dual Range. I'm having a problem finding info on it. It's very clean, only 2.800 miles. The front wheels are only 30 in.center to center. I was thinking about adding wheel spacers to give it more stability. I realize the added stress on ball joints and bearings. I'm wondering if there are any other concerns? Any input is greatly appreciated!

Im aware that this relay needs a positive (+) and a negative (-) to activate the other side. The blue wire is the neutral wire so when in neutral it gets ground. The green wire is from the parking break; when you pull the break in it gets ground (-). however one of those two needs to be neutral so that the positive from kill switch can go to the starter relay. The ground from the starter relay is from the start switch. Which one (neutral or parking break) should have a positive (+) voltage?

Do any of you have ATV's for your children or grandchildren?   My grandboys are fairly responsible, but they ARE boys!  The ride the heck out of this 4 wheeler.  Any suggestions what I can do to keep it running longer....?
