Hey I have a kazuma falcon 150cc atv. I'm having major problems with the chain I tried just about everything I can think of. I bought a new chain and a gain tensioner assembly but the sprockets don't seem to stay in place. I tighten them as tight as I can get them

And as soon as I move it the sprocket arms drop which then cause a lot of slack in the chain. The it starts to rub on the frame. How do I get them

Tight so I can just drive and not have tabun more problems?? Can someone please take pictures of their chain and parts around it. I just can't seem to get it righ and it's aggravating please help!!!

I think someone here just recently had some issues with the chain tensioners on one of those, turned out the spring was installed incorrectly. Try searching thru the forums or hopefully that member will find this post. It seems to be a common problem on those cheap Chinese machines.

I guess you could try removing a link from the chain to shorten it a tad..... If your sprockets are in good shape. I'm not quite understanding what the exact problem is but it sure seems common on those cheap things. Possibly a bad idler bearing somewhere in the chaindrive? ( I love My all shaftdriven Suzuki!) You could have something binding up in the rear-end that basically confuses the tensioners. Try popping the chain off and making sure everything in the rear is tight and no binding!

1st problem, Does anyone know where I can find a stock carb for my Timberwolf, I have tried two different aftermarket carbs and they both suck. The machine runs great until it gets good and warm, then it keeps stalling unless I feather the throttle. it will even stall while I'm trying to go from 1st to reverse or vise versa. I took it to a buddy of mine who is a bike mechanic for years, and he told me try to find a factory carb. When I look online from dealers it says "NOT AVAILABLE" anyone have any suggestions ?

2nd, The small tab on the rear axle for towing is to short for even pulling my small yard trailer, I can't even turn a little bit and hit hits. I tried making an extension which worked great as far as length, but it bends the tab and then the extension drags the ground. I have an idea of what to do to fix it, but wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem and see how you solved it.

So we are almost a month into winter and I've been so busy working on my house that up until today, I didn't realize that we just haven;t gotten any real snow yet to warrant putting the plow on my grizzly. So that got me thinking, what are the latest plows out there and what ATV plows are the best? I've got 2 snow plows for my grizzly, a quadboss pile driver atv plow set up and a snowsport ATV plow. They are both a bit dated now and I tend to stick with the snowsport due to ease of use and I just like it so much. So if you have a plow on your ATV, please let us know what it is and post a picture with your atv/plow would be awesome. Would also like to know what you like and dislike about it.
This is back a while when I did a write up on these 2 plows.... in 2009 I got the snowsport and in 2012 I got the quadboss.

I have a Sportsman 450 HO and almost killed my self when loading it on my truck with ramps.  It rolled off the top of the ramps and tailgate and nearly landed on me.  I now want to winch the ATV in to the truck.  My question is are the front side bed tiedowns in my 2011 RAM strong enough to winch to without distorting the hooks or sides of the bed?
