Got my 2nd set of injections in to my disc I pray it works out it's not a good time to have surgery. The hand is doing better I have been thinking about trying a slow and easy ride to see how it does. I'm not to lift no more than 4lbs with it so I don't know about using it to push & pull on the handlebars I can get by not using the front brakes. Then theirs the throttle. and the bumps that feed back thru the bars. I could just ride it around the neighbor hood on the street. I need toooooo ride:aargh:

I'm trying to help a buddy out with his bike (he's not really on the internet or familiar with these forums) and I'll admit that I am not super familiar with the transmission and clutches in these bikes. I owned a Brute a few years ago, but never had an issue like this that I had to troubleshoot.
So basically my buddy bought a group lot of 650's to build one good bike out of. He got it all put together and has it running but when he pushes on the throttle the clutch doesn't engage till the RPM's are quite high and even when its moving it doesn't really speed up, almost seems like its in "limp mode". He's tried 2 different transmissions so I don't think that's the problem.
Is there any adjustment on the clutch engagement? Anything else I can tell him to look at? Let me know if you need anymore information if you think you can help.

I like to ride in wooded and grassy areas. It takes my mind off the everyday routines and helps me deal with my father's cancer. Also gives me a reason to get involved with forums like this one.

      Hello.
I've bought myself a Iron Baltic electric hydraulic plow lifter for my TGB, with a matching mounting kit. It was supposed to fit directly on my ATV. But I'm really not happy with the result. Had to cut off some of the cover under the atv, and still the angle didn't seem to be right in order to fasten the adapter on top. Also it touches the bumper and makes ugly marks.
Is there anyone here with experience, or know a good solution on this?
