Could It Be a Dirty or Bad Pulse Coil?

Refer to my earlier post ***UP-UP-UP DATE on '94 KODIAK Won't start when Engine is Cool.

It will now start cold with the Pull Rope.

Could it be a dirty or bad gap on the pulse coil?

As you can see by my earlier post, the dealer and I have tried everything.

      I hadn't driven my Kodiak for a two months, and since it was low on fuel, the first thing I did was filled it up to maybe 7/8 full. Getting ready to start it, I rotated the fuel selector switch to "on" and within seconds I smelled and saw fuel dripping onto the floor. I quickly turned it off and the fuel gradually stopped - I can repeat this.
      The fuel is flowing from the hose that is connected to the bottom of the carb, and routes around to the left side toward the wheel well. Any idea what's going on here? It ran fine the last time I had it out.

      1995 Kawasaki bayou 220 won't start

      Bought 4 wheeler for kids. Used to run and soon as it was put in gear it died. I have put new carburater, new plug and battery. The neutral light won't come on. I replaced the solenoid, then the positive battery cable and today put new relay assembly on. Still no neutral light. Not getting any juice and I don't know why.
